converter worker encrypts the data stream using SSL. Encrypting the
traffic increases security, but it can decrease performance.

VMware vCenter Converter Standalone 5.0 is a free tool from VMware to
easily perform P2V(Physical to virtual conversion) and V2V (Virtual to
Virtual) conversions.

需要修改如下文件：

C:\users\All Users\VMware\VMware vCenter Converter Standalone

converter-worker.xml

把nfc区域内的：useSsl改为false

VMware vCenter Converter Standalone Worker服务重启

测试了下，上面方法失败，仍然报错
