In this article, we will introduct how to config microsoft office365 to enable it to support dotnetcms.org book system.
1.以管理员的身份登陆office365。
1.login into office365 with administrator role.
2.当登陆成功后，可以在右上角的“管理”下拉菜单里，看到exchange，单击此连接，找到“资源”
2.once login in successful， you will see "Admin" on the right-top position. click the exchange link below Admin, you will see "resource" link, click it
3.在资源页面，单击“+”添加新的会议室，并设置会议室的登陆账户。

4.单击新建的会议室SH1001，单击“铅笔”图片，对会议室进行编辑，找到“邮件委托”，在下面增加会议室委托。请注意：这一步非常重要。
通常管理员可以建立一个Room邮件账户，由这一个Room账户管理所有会议室。
对其他所有的会议室进行编辑，然后都使用Room这个委托。
4.click the new meeting room SH1001,select it, and the clickc "pencil" icon to edit the room,find "mailbox delegation" and add delegate.
THIS STEP IS VERY IMPORTMENT.
general, administrator can create a Room email account ,and use this Room account manage all rooms.
Edit all other room, all of them need add delegation.
5.打开Office365 日历， 可以看到所有会议室

6.当完成上面配置，启明星预定系统即可与office365进行集成。例如我们可以利用启明星会议室预定系统，快速查看当天会议室列表。这在你会议室比较多的情况下特别有用。

if you have more rooms
7.管理员可以对会议室进行额外配置，例如会议室容纳的人数，预定权限，是否支持电话会议等信息，以便对会议室进行扩展，而不仅仅只是显示会议室名称。
7.administrator can add more information for rooms. eg. Max persons, permission control, Deos support Telephone Call and so on. not only display
room name.
8.你还可以把会议室信息显示在终端显示屏上。启明星系统支持把office365信息显示在终端显示屏幕上（终端平板需要是android或者windows操作系统）
当然，启明星工作室同样提供API接口，供中间供应商调用。
这意味着，由我们来处理与Office365一系列繁琐复杂的接口问题，供应商直接调用我们非常简单的一张表即可实时显示会议室状态。
请注意：启明星Office365提供两套接口，也就是说，如果用户不用启明星book系统是完全可以的，他们可仍使用Office365预定，然后用启明星API接口直接显示在平板终端上。
8. You can display office365 room information on the display. dotnetcms book support to display office365 display on the end clients.(operate system is android or windows)
of course, we also provide API for other supply to call this API to display office365 infomation.
This mean that we will process with office365 with a series of complex interface problems, you can only display a very simple table to display room info.
Please Note, dotnetcms book provide 2 system, that‘s to say it is not necessary to use dotnetcms book. customers still can use office365 book room and
use dotnetcms API display room on the end.
