问题截图：

就是eclipse的maven插件太旧了

用新插件新建的maven项目就没有报错

用软件对比了一下这两个pom文件

只有项目名有区别

所以就是插件的问题

一个简单安装离线maven插件的方法

下载解压放在eclipse的安装目录，也就是eclipse.exe所在的目录

在links下新建一个文本文件，然后改后缀为link，再以文本文件打开maven.link文件

文件里复制

path=mavenPlugin

到文件里，然后保存退出，重启eclipse
