我尝试找org/eclipse/xtext/xbase/lib/Exceptions的地方，没找到，百度了和Google不同的错误，我猜想有可能是本机的网络让jrebel识别不到因此报错，网络没问题，因此我解决的是：
C:\Users%{用户}%.IntelliJIdea2018.3\config\plugins 删除Jrebel的插件
即可去启动IDEA成功啦，
