根据文档，7.3版本需要补丁25078431，7.4版本需要补丁26247490，官方建议使用OL7 UEK kernel替代，随即找到了下列文档

找到了RHEL7.4需要的补丁，但是文档暂未更新RHEL7.5
12.2.0.1及以上版本gridSetup.sh可以直接进行补丁操作
