无法启动此程序，因为计算机中丢失api-ms-win-xxx.dll 尝试重新安装该程序得以解决此问题

服务器安装core环境的过程中，core 的sdk   runtime 等都安装好后，运行程序发现出现异常 例如：

解决方案：

Windows 通用 C 运行库（Universal C Runtime）是通过Windows Update更新安装到系统的，更新的编号为KB2999226（10.0.10240.16390）或KB3118401（10.0.10586.9），组件如下：

　　api-ms-win-core-file-l1-2-0.dll

　　api-ms-win-core-file-l2-1-0.dll

　　api-ms-win-core-localization-l1-2-0.dll

　　api-ms-win-core-processthreads-l1-1-1.dll

　　api-ms-win-core-synch-l1-2-0.dll

　　api-ms-win-core-timezone-l1-1-0.dll

　　api-ms-win-core-xstate-l2-1-0.dll

　　api-ms-win-crt-conio-l1-1-0.dll

　　api-ms-win-crt-convert-l1-1-0.dll

在C:\window\system\   或者C:\window\SysWOW64\ 里找不到相应的.dll文件。网上有一些 单个.dll文件的下载，但是尝试后均无效。正确的做法是micorsoft 官网下载相应更新，再安装。重启：

微软地址：https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3118401/update-for-universal-c-runtime-in-windows

1. 点击左下角的Windows图标，点击控制面板

2. 点击“系统和安全”，点击“Windows Update”

3. 点击“检查更新”，下载安装包，安装即可。

4. 下载更新的独立程序（缺少哪个就安装那个）
