使用自定义的BaseAdapter实现LIstView的展示

实现以下功能点:

1.通过自定义的BaseAdapter展示ListView;

2.动态修改、刷新ListView内容;

3.在自定义的BaseAdapter中实现ListView内容的点击和长按点击事件;

4.在BaseAdapter的getView方法中动态增加新组件;
