我们这里OCRVOTING 采用Normal,DATA和FRA 采用external。
11g中每个OCR和vote disk 至少需要600M空间。在ASM 的冗余级别中：
external >= 1
normal >=3
high >=5
在12c里面，OCR voting disk 外部冗余，至少需要4342MB的空间，Normal 至少需要8711MB的空间。

2 安装RAC的准备工作
2.1 添加组和用户（所有节点）

配置时间同步(所有节点)
这里我们使用CTSS.所以要停用 NTP 服务，并从初始化序列中禁用该服务，并删除 ntp.conf 文件。以 root 用户身份在两个 OracleRAC 节点上运行以下命令：
