安装11.2.0.3时，OUI的log报错："OUI-10066:Not All The Dependencies For The Component ... Could Be Found"

症状：

当安装11.2.0.3时，oui的log 有如下的警告信息：

INFO: OUI-10066:Not all the dependencies for the component Oracle Database 11g 11.2.0.3.0 could be found. Missing component oracle.assistants.asm 11.2.0.3.0.

INFO: OUI-10066:Not all the dependencies for the component Enterprise Manager Agent 10.2.0.4.3 could be found. Missing component oracle.rsf.hybrid 10.2.0.2.0.

INFO: OUI-10066:Not all the dependencies for the component Enterprise Manager Agent 10.2.0.4.3 could be found. Missing component oracle.emdw.rsf 10.2.0.1.0.

INFO: OUI-10066:Not all the dependencies for the component Enterprise Manager Agent 10.2.0.4.3 could be found. Missing component oracle.dbjava.jdbc14 10.2.0.1.0.

OUI的安装完成，退出代码为0

原因：

安装了一个新的11.2.0.3

解决方法：

这些警告信息是无害的，可以安全的忽略

Oracle support 已经提交了一个未公开的bug来说明这个问题，该问题将会在更高版本的patchsets中被解决（fixed）

Oracle DB 开发部门已经确认该问题会在11.2.0.4中解决。
