Debian可用的源 —— 23% waiting for headers解决办法

换了源之后执行 apt-get update 总会阻在【23% waiting for headers】的地方。

上网看了一些解决方法，有说删除archieves文件夹下的所有内容，有说要换源的。两种我都尝试过，不过好像还是换源比较有效。

记录一下这次换的源——2014年9月21日08:54:06
