今天在看Spring官网的一些例子的时候，发现，他的很多xsd的引用都是没带版本号的，如图所示：
为了弄清楚是怎么回事，就得了解Spring是怎么加载xsd文件来校验xml文件的，记得之前就碰到过断网校验不了的情况，后面为了防止这种情况，Spring默认会从本地加载xsd文件
在spring发行的包里面，看到了，

可以看到，没有配置版本号的时候，默认就是使用最新的
