java mvc web 项目web.xml头改错了，死活加载不上springMvc的jar

Description    Resource    Path    Location    Type
One or more constraints have not been satisfied.    wbh-adapter-h5        line 1    Maven Java EE Configuration Problem
报上面的错误；

首先出了问题，报红的话，找Markers窗口，看错误，尽量解决

最后头改成这个好了：
