第一步：将机器的虚拟内存调到2G，否则报内存不足。

第二步：修改ds_windows_x86_101202_disk1\install目录下的oraparam.ini。
[Certified Versions] Windows=5.0,5.1,5.2,6.0,6.1

第三步：右键setup.exe，属性-->兼容性-->勾选 以xp sp2兼容模式运行（注意这里要选择 XP SP2。 曾经度过选择 XP SP3，安装过程中出现 javaw.exe - 无法找到入口 ... PSAPI.DLL错误）。

第四步：右键，以管理员的身份运行。 -----OK

设置forms developer的环境。
修改注册表。HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Oracle\KEY_DevSuiteHome1下
FORMS_PATH=存放forms的目录（必需包含APPSTAND.fmb）;存放resource的目录（从服务器上所有的pll）
