Hire‘s the simple beauty regimen I follow. 以下是我的一些美丽养生法.
you gotta moisturize. 你要保湿
exfoliate 去角质
You gotta moisturize.I moisturize with a toner and lotion every morning and night. 你要保湿!你要每天早上和晚上都用爽肤水和面霜保湿.
And when I wash my face I exfoliate with this crazy thing! 洗脸的时候,我会用这个神器去角质!
stay hydrated 多喝水
I also think your skin glows more when you drink more water!I drink at least 8 cups of water every day. 我觉得多喝水能让皮肤更有光泽.我每天都至少喝8杯水.
