因为更换NM服务器,在新的服务器重装ipmonitor9后不能邮件发送报告,在认证列表里有以下警告信息:
“Warning: The Credentials Sensitive Data hive is currently unavailable”(如下图)
查看官方文档,原因为数据库移动导致的(为省略配置,直接拷贝原安装目录覆盖)。按照文档重置后恢复正常。

Fixing Credentials Broken by Account Permission ChangesCredentials break if the account permissions related to the encryption container are no longer working. As a result, the Credentials Data Hive cannot be decrypted. This can happen if user accounts are changed through the Services MMC Snap-in, located within Windows Control Panel - Administrative Tools, instead of through the ipMonitor Configuration Program. The Configuration Program adjusts Account Permissions as needed, but the Services Snap-in does not. To fix credentials broken by changing Windows account permissions:
