For cab file

– copy the Hotfix source <*****.cab> to C:\Temp

– Run as Admin. to open Command Prompt to run below script:

Start /Wait DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\Temp\<Source File> /Quiet /NoRestart /LogPath:C:\logs\KB.log
