IIS ECSHOP 伪静态设置三个条件：
1、支持伪静态环境设置； （VPS、服务器的可自行假设，如果是虚拟主机的话，请咨询空间服务商！）
2、新建 httpd.ini 文件放在网站根目录下；
3、在后台设置开户 伪静态 功能；
确认满足以上三个条件以后按下面步骤操作：
1、首先请进入以下网址 http://www.helicontech.com/download/，下载免费版的ISAPI_Rewrite组件：ISAPI_Rewrite Lite ( freeware )。如果您仅仅是测试用途使用这个就足够了，如果您是商业应用建议您购买完整版的 ISAPI_Rewrite Full。

2、点击下载到本地的文件 isapi_rwl_x86_0064.msi （该文件名和您下载的版本有关）(注意下载的时候请看清你的系统的环境下载，别下载错了啊，亲．)
进行安装，安装成功之后进入安装目录（默认在C:/Program Files/Helicon/ISAPI_Rewrite）找到httpd.ini文件，点击右键将文件只读属性去掉。然后进入： 开始菜单->程序->Helicon->ISAPI_Rewrite->httpd.ini，点击打开 httpd.ini 文件。
3、复制下面的内容到httpd.ini文件
4、在IIS的Isapi上添加这个筛选器, 筛选器名称Rewrite,可执行文件选择 C:\Program Files\Helicon\ISAPI_Rewrite\ISAPI_Rewrite.dll
5、保存 httpd.ini，上传httpd.ini文件到web文件夹下，进入 ecshop 管理中心->商店设置，将 URL 重写设置为启用。
