这是因为新版的VMware vSphere PowerCLI 对使用默认SSL的限制。
解决办法：使用管理员权限运行“PowerCLI”，如果是WIN2008/7/8/2012，右键使用管理员运行
执行 set-PowerCLIConfiguration -invalidCertificateAction "ignore" -confirm:$false
