（1）打开phpinfo();时在date地方会出现如下提示：

看下面表格，发现date.timezone没有设置值：

（2）这是php的事情，设置就在php.ini中。发现默认的是;date.timezone=，后面没有值。所以增加最下面那一行即可。

（3）记得重启apache服务器。让设置生效。
