DP备份软件cell manager连接不上

集团电子商务部3GE备份管理软件DP环境交代：

HP-UX essdb1 B.11.31 U ia64 3757157163 unlimited-user license

问题描述：DP Server只能通过omnidb进行备份软件的一些操作，登录GUI管理端就会报错。

Cannot access the Cell Manager system.
The Cell Manager host is not reachable or is not up and running
or has no Cell Manager software installed and configured on it
or UIProxy service is not up and running.

初步查看了一下dp的基础进程：

将uiproxyd进程启动即可essdb1_root[/opt/omni/java/server/bin]#./uiproxyd -help
/usr/lib/hpux32/dld.so: Unable to find library ’libmsg.so’.
Killed

由于库文件未设定环境变量。我们重新设定一下环境变量。
