配置DTD提示的方法

如上图,想要配置dtd的本地文字提示,我们进行如下的操作:

1. 首先下载dtd文件
2. 然后window--->prefereces----->xml  catalog
3. 点击 add  按钮，选择相应的文件路径,key  type选择URI
4.
