Solve workmate's issue

Today,my workmate hava a problem ask me,it is about of the EXTJS‘s Itemselector,just  two years ago, I writed an article concerning  Itemselector,so i send the article to workmate.  
But the code is not running complete,some problems in the code,i checked and found the JS are not import.another problem is "dom is undefine", this problem is easy,i should remove a row ‘renderTo: ‘itemselector‘‘, because this ID is undefine.

The official demo is completed, but it must modify in our project.

I am is very happy help my workmate. Sharing is necessaary in the internet.
